The hotel provided ample parking. I found a spot easily each day. My Standard King Room had a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, particularly during breakfast service. They was helpful and efficient.
The bathroom mirror light was somewhat dim, a bit inconvenient.

The hotel has several walking trails at the nearby university. These are convenient for fitness. The hotel also features a restaurant. It had both breakfast and dinner options available for the guests.

The room was large. This provided sufficient space for luggage and movement. There exist a good Wifi connection in the bedroom. It was useful for work and entertainment. The room was also very clean, thus creating a comfortable environment.

the room had lots of plug points for charging devices.
the breakfast was not good at all. food was not replenished promptly so there were long waits. when i asked for vegetarian options at 9:45 am, i was told breakfast time was ending. this is unacceptable for a hotel that charges a premium.

The room featured a very comfortable bed. The breakfast included various warm options and ample choices. The staff offered excellent service, a very attentive experience (I really appreciated that). The location provides easy access to bus services heading to the city.
The in-room hairdryer worked for a short time before emitting a burning smell.

The reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. Matthew, in particular, demonstrated great knowledge and willingness to assist guests. All the staff were friendly and professional. The team was very courteous when handling a left item.

the accessible room was not what i expected. i didn't ask for it, and the low sink was awkward to use.. it made washing up difficult. plus, i noticed some brown stains on the carpet and suspicious marks on the couch, not a great look. the kettle didn't work and the hairdryer gave off a burning smell before quitting.

the food was dreadful, i wouldn't pay for the breakfast or have a meal there. it was very poor quality and overpriced. it reminded me of corners were cut and the ingredients were cheap.
